CATALINA LIGHTING PRODUCT RECALL

If you purchased a Halogen Clamp Lamp Model 13456-US Item 227926, from Staples, it may have a defective glass lens which requires replacement. The specific lots affected are C06081581V185, C06081582V185 and C06081584V185.

The lot number is located on the white label near the convenience outlet at the base of the lamp.  If your lamp was produced under any of these three lots, please cease using the lamp immediately and fill out the Consumer Service Form to receive a replacement glass lens at no charge.
